MUFON - The
Mutual UFO Network was founded in 1969 as a multidisciplinary,
grassroots approach to resolving the UFO mystery. One of the oldest such
organizations in existence, it is now by far the largest, with more than
5000 members, field investigators, consultants and research specialists
worldwide. Among other activities, MUFON maintains a UFO reporting
hotline, trains field investigators, hosts an annual symposium, sponsors
scientific research into the UFO phenomenon, and publishes a monthly,
illustrated, 24-page journal.
SPUR (Society for Paranormal & UFO Research). Investigates
anything from Alien Abductions to Zombies. Always on the lookout for new
members. SPUR was started at the beginning of January 1996, with the
intention of passing on information about UFO Conspiracies and Spontaneous
Paranormal & UFO Phenomenon. Since the start they have received a lot of
very interesting documents, including a set of 8 so-called Top Secret
Documents, taken from a 107 page document.

before the dawn of intelligence on this planet. This is a subject that I
have had passing interest for many years. It wasn't till I started looking
at UFO Pages on the net. That I really saw how much proof there is."

- Since man first started looking up into the skies he saw things he
couldn't explain. For the last fifty years or so these things have taken
on the label "UFOs." Originally an abbreviation for the Air Force term
"Unidentified Flying Object", it has become a synonym to most people for
"Alien Spaceship." For the Air Force, though, it is simply a term to
refer to something in the skies that the observer can see but not
recognize. Usually the explanation is less extraordinary than a
flying saucer manned by visitors from other worlds.
Often a weather balloon or natural phenomenon is the cause. However,
there are cases on record where no good common explanation was ever
found.
