Crop Circles - Fields of Cosmic Dreams?by Jack Schafer
The crop circle phenomenon has been going on since the 1970s, but didn't get international attention until the late 80s. By that time there was a lot of controversy. This controversy and ongoing debate is over how these crop circles were being created. Over 3000 crop circles have appeared in the last decade and 80% of them are in England. Crop Circle investigators are able to trace this phenomena back hundreds, even thousands of years as they parallel the relationship with UFOs (see our UFO area). Modern UFO researchers would date this phenomenon to Roswell or perhaps as early as the late 19th century... however there is existing proof that dates the appearance and acceptance of UFO and crop circles back into ancient times. The first contemporary crop circles were believed to be simply meteorological "natural" occurrences. Some physicists have studied magnetic implications. As an Engineer and investigator who has explored Crop Circles first hand, I agree with the physical implications of a magnetic force field at work (or play), however I have chosen to blend my investigation of Crop Circles into the exploration of Ley Lines, Power Centers, and Sacred Sites... but that's another story, another time... By the early 90s the complexity increased and it became clear to modern day "science" that these were not natural formations. There were larger circles accompanied by smaller ones and squares which ruled out the meteorology theory. People also noticed that compasses when standing in the middle would spin randomly. Some scientist are claiming that these formations were placed directly on earth's energy points. Other strange occurrences include crackling noises picked up on audio tracks from video tape recordings. Strange green lights glow in some photos of crop circles. When people enter the circles with dowsing rods there is a strange reaction. All of this leads to the conviction that they were formed by technology out of the realm of known science.
According to Busty, as many as 200 different patterns have been seen in a single season. Some crop circles are in the form of geometrical symbols. One of these huge formations is recognized as a universal mathematical constant, the quantified theory of chaos. Crop circles have measured over 400 feet. Speculation is that it only takes a few seconds for one to form. From my own personal experience, the areas in which I have seen Crop Circles first hand were all located in close proximity to closed and restricted military areas, with large radar domes and towers, not far from Winchester towards Stonehenge. Being suspect of the secretive information our own government is admittedly withholding from us in our own secret and restricted bases, I can't help but suspect that there is more information available about this phenomenon than we are being presented with, and the premise of these being a scam is one that has been created in order to discredit the obvious. In hoaxes, the grain stock in broken or damaged, in actual crop circles the stock is bent over but neither bruised nor damaged. There are as many as six layers of the crop interwoven, which would be impossible to hoax. This also proves that it all happens together. Using manmade methodology it’s only possible to do one layer. Under an electron microscope analysis it was noted that the molecular make-up of the plant cells of the affected grain had a crystalline structure change. Some of these circles are also so complex (see the picture at right) that it would take an architect to design the thing and a crew of workers days to complete them. Basic deduction has been overlooked or suppressed. What is a common denominator amongst all living things? Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) is that subatomic link in the micro/macro universe. The DNA molecule is a double helix in atomic structure. Consider this... DNA is a common denominator throughout the universe and that crop circles are a genetic language. All life consists of DNA. It is in plants and animals alike. The DNA molecule is in the shape of the double helix. I (personally) believe that Crop Circles are some sort of "language" of this macro universe, being manifested into our space and time by an unknown force or intelligence. For me personally, that explains the "what is it" enough for me to accept the reality and acknowledge the importance of Crop Circles as a communication. Yet I am totally stumped as to the why and how... Crop Circle Connector The largest crop circle site on the internet, featuring an International crop circle database. In the UK farmers recall simple circles appearing on their land for generations. The British media first reported on the circles in the early 1980s. By 1990 crop circles had exploded into the public mind as the new phenomenon changed from simple circular patterns into huge and complex, geometric formations. The crop circles are a world-wide phenomenon and each year new reports come from an ever increasing number of countries. Circlemakers Home of England's crop circle makers. Find info about crop circles, and how to become a creator, by some people who made them. Not aliens but a collections of English artists. The Crop Circular The home of factual crop circles research and information. Serious research on crop circles and nothing but crop circles. The Independent Research Centre for Unexplained Phenomena (IRCUP) was founded in 1993 by Paul Vigay, after a number of personal experiences and four years of extensive research into the continuing crop circle enigma. Paul was previously a UFO and paranormal investigator, but became interested in crop circles in 1989 when he discovered anomalous electrical effects in and around crop formations. |
