Lemonade Fast Is A Great Way To Lose Weight Fast

A lemonade fast can help us lose weight by cleaning out all our waste and unused fat, toxins and viruses. What could be better then drinking lemonade every day for a fast?
Well it is not so easy, just like any type of fast our bodies do start to understand that we are fasting from solid food and then start to give us trouble, but once they realize there is nothing to fear they start to utilize the lemonade fast in a way which is very beneficial to our bodies.
One of the great things we get from doing a lemonade fast is we sustain a moderate level of energy throughout the fast. The lemonade recipe makes this possible, some of the many benefits we get from doing this fast are, a better digestive system, healthier blood vessels and arteries, it helps clean our kidneys and also helps skin and allergy problems.
The lemonade fast recipe is as follows, take 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice and mix it with 1 or 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, use 1 or 2 depending on how sweet you want your lemonade, then add some cayenne pepper, you can add as much or as little as you like, some people enjoy the drink much hotter than others and finely mix everything together in 1 cup of water, the cleaner the water the better.
This type of fast usually will last for 10 days, remember though you need to feel Ok for the 10 days if you start to become really week and cannot do things then you should stop the fast immediately. Fasts are here to help us become stronger, not weaker; they help us clean out all our bad fast, chemicals, bacteria and parasites, so our bodies will work better.
If you can do the fast for 10 days it is best, drink at least six cups of this lemonade juice mixture every day of your fast, and to help your fast clean even more toxins out of your body you can drink herbal laxative teas to help get your bowels moving better, drink the teas in the morning and evening.
When you are ready to go back to eating normally, start by drinking orange juice for 1 or 2 days to allow your body to get used to eating normally, the orange juice helps our bodies get ready to assimilate other foods.
Then gradually introduce more solid food, first eat fruit, then vegetables, maybe a salad and then go to eating normally.
If you want to try a more complex fast then try the master cleanse fast, the lemonade fast is included in the master cleanse fast, this fast is much harder to perform and requires more preparation to do, but you get so many more benefits from doing the longer fast.
